Principal - Martin Fleishman

Martin began his career in shopping centres over thirty eight years ago in South Africa where he worked for Anglo American (formerly the Schlesinger Group) and Liberty Life. In 1987, he returned to the UK and started Consultancy International.

He has a vast amount of experience having been involved with over 90 centres, and is well known for his in-depth knowledge and hands-on approach.

Over the years Martin has built up an enormous array of contacts and prides himself on his credibility within the property industry for his ability to extract the best performance possible.

Vivienne Shall

Vivienne is a graduate in Psychology and a qualified and accredited Employee Relations Consultant (Chartered MCIPD). She has substantial Retail Asset Management experience gained whilst working with Consultancy International for a number of years. Vivienne has a wide range of experience as well as skills in the understanding and assessment of the complex relationships between operational and investment performance and in generating the vital strategies for delivering positive change and improved value.

Kerry Rosenfeld

After graduating from Leeds University in 1996 with a 2:1 Psychology BSc degree, Kerry joined United Bank of Switzerland where she worked for several years for the Fixed Income Sales desk on the trading floor. Kerry joined CI in 1999 and has primarily been involved in helping set out and implement asset management strategies alongside Martin. Kerry is involved in every aspect of the business especially investment sales.
